Dr. Robert Graham, MD, MPH, ABOIM, FACP: Co-Founder of FRESH Medicine and FRESH MED U, is a Harvard-trained physician, Board Certified in both Internal and Integrative Medicine, is a public health scientist, TEDx speaker, and food activist. Dr. Graham received his medical degree from the School of Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital. He earned a Masters of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health while completing three fellowships in General Internal Medicine, Complementary and Integrative Medical Therapies and Medical Education at Harvard Medical School. One of less than twenty doctor/chefs worldwide, he obtained his culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute.
In 2016, Dr. Robert and Julie Graham Co-Founded FRESH Medicine. FRESH is an acronym for "the five ingredients in your recipe to health": Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep and Happiness. FRESH Medicine is an integrative health and wellness center located in NYC. A pioneer and leader in the field of Integrative Medicine, Dr. Graham has prescribed “food as medicine” for over 15 years, has taught over 500 healthcare workers--mostly doctors--how to cook, and created the first hospital rooftop garden in NYC. In 2019, Dr. Robert and Julie Graham launched FRESH MED U with the mission to share the "art and science" of the FRESH 5 "recipe" to health. For more information about Dr. Graham click here.
